How I can help
Whether you’re managing chronic illness, sustained high achievement, or both, these pressures can impact physical health, require new ways of coping, and create tension between life’s demands, your values, and your relationship with self and others. Therapy at Solstice Health Psychology offers space to regain balance and move forward with intention.
Health concerns can reshape routines, relationships, and sense of self. Therapy addresses the emotional, behavioral, and physical impact of illness, with practical strategies for coping, adapting, and living well with a chronic condition.
For professionals and driven individuals whose success comes with pressure, perfectionism, or burnout. Therapy helps strengthen focus, navigate high demands, and build the resilience to perform at a high level over the long term.
